What makes the Advocacy-Based Claims Model work in the Nixer Comp Program is cooperation from – and collaboration with – our client-insureds. We ask clients to commit to short- and long-term strategies that we have developed and utilized throughout the years to deliver tangible results. This involves bringing Nixer Comp in on the decision-making process early so we can assess how changes may impact a client’s risk profile and ultimately their Workers’ Compensation plan. It also means holding us accountable.
PARTNERSHIP MAKES OUR PROGRAM WORK
To make our program work, our client-insureds commit to each of our Program Pillars and undertaking certain measures to facilitate the claims process and helping injured workers get back to work. We will go through our approach during the underwriting process and introductory call with client-insureds.
